Withdrawal Hasn’t Reached Your Account

If you have not received your funds, please check the following:

 

 

  • The time frame for withdrawal transactions depends on the traffic of the network that is being used.

 

  • Make sure you have entered the correct Crypto wallet address.

There are a few payment statuses you will see when making a withdrawal. You will find the statuses below:

 

 

WAITING PROCESS

  • A customer has requested a withdrawal.

PENDING

  •  We have either requested additional information from you to which you would have received an email or we are completing part of our internal processes.

DRAFTED

  • Going through a standard security check.

 WAITING CONFIRMATION

 

  • The transaction has been actioned by our team and is in the process of reaching you.
  • Currently waiting for 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain.

WAITING INFO

  • Awaiting your Bitcoin Address.

 

APPROVED

  • The withdrawal has been approved.

 

REJECTED

  • We rejected the withdrawal (You will find the reason in the comments section).
