Cancelling a Withdrawal Request


You may cancel a withdrawal request at any time if the status is WAITING INFO or WAITING PROCESS. If the withdrawal has begun processing on the network, we are unable to retrieve the funds.

 

To cancel a withdrawal request, follow the below steps:

 

  • You would need to tap on Withdraw.

 

 

 

 

  • Scroll down and to the right, on the withdrawal, you would like to cancel then tap on Cancel.

 

  • You will then be asked if you would like to proceed with canceling your withdrawal request. 

  • You would need to tap on Cancel Withdrawal to confirm the cancellation of your withdrawal.
