Due to unforeseen issues with certain providers, you may receive our emails in your Spam or Junk folder. There are various methods to resolve this query, however, you may find an example below.
To prevent going ThorFX emails to your spam folder, follow these steps:
- On your Yahoo mail account, click on the Contacts icon.
- Select the Add a new contact button.
- Add our ThorFX email addresses and click on the Save button.
Our email addresses will now be saved as a contact on your Yahoo mail account and further emails should be received in your Inbox.
