Due to unforeseen issues with certain providers, you may receive our emails in your Spam or Junk folder. There are various methods to resolve this query, however, you may find an example below.
To prevent going ThorFX emails to your spam folder, follow these steps:
- Go to the Filters tab found under the Settings of your Protonmail account.
- In the Allow List section, click on Add.
- Add our ThorFX email addresses.
Our email addresses should now appear under the Allow List.
Our email address will now be marked under the Allow List on your Protonmail account and further emails should be received in your Inbox.
