Deactivating your Two-Factor Authentication Using an Authenticator App

 

Although Two-Factor Authentication is mandatory to set up, you are able to temporarily deactivate it should you wish to set it up using a different method or application.

 

To deactivate the 2FA on your account, follow the steps below:

 

  •  Tap on Settings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Tap the box near Enable 2FA via an Authenticator App.

 

 

  • Enter the 6-digit code that is provided to you on your authenticator app.  

  • Tap on Disable 2FA.
